NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GIVE UP.
If you work consistently, you will get great results. I started getting serious about my healthier lifestyle in December 2006. It was 8 weeks after I had my son. I was ready for a new start; I had gestational diabetes, and I was depressed because I had never been that size before and decided to do something about it. From that point on, I have struggled, complained, got frustrated, and even stopped working out. BUT I NEVER GAVE UP! I love working out, sweating, getting results and telling others about my results. Today I’m able to show my results. I have surrounded myself with people that know what it means to push and keep trying. I also have a circle of people around me that are either fitness enthusiasts, personal trainers or are on the outside looking in and giving positive advice. IF I CAN DO IT, ANYONE CAN!
